PCOS And Workout

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) has transcended from an ovarian-dependent concern to a metabolic disorder. The syndrome is accompanied by many physical conditions like high cholesterol levels, higher blood pressure, insulin resistance and other cardiovascular concerns. Women affected by the condition have poor glucose regulation. As per many experts, lack of physical exercise and obesity worsens the condition. Hence, workout sessions have been considered in management of PCOS.
