If you are having trouble making your child fall asleep, a recent study published in the journal Scientific Research says that if your children workout during the daytime, it can significantly enhance the quality of their sleep. In the study, participants who performed exercise during the day, slept 18 minutes earlier than their routine time and noted a moderate surge in the quality of their sleep. Exposure to natural light: Encourage your kid to go out and play during the day time and get as much natural light as possible. Exposure to natural light suppresses melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles. Caffeinated Beverages

Caffeinated beverages: Apart from high quantity of sugar, additional caffeine can double up on the cells and cause excess release of mucus. Rather than caffeinated beverage, drink a lot of water. It can reduce the amount and impact of mucus on the nasal and airway cavity.

Scared-child

Make sure she feels safe: Avoid watching a horror movie or telling scary stories late in the afternoon. If she feels scared to go to bed in a dark room, you can light a night lamp to allow her to sleep easily.
