It is Christmas season, time to deck up your home up and bring in the holiday cheer. BUT for people with toddlers in the house, here are a few safety precautions you need to take to have a safe Christmas.
Lights: Opt for battery operated fairy lights instead of electric lights to avoid any mishaps and ensure better safety of your kids.

Christmas tree: Kids remain fascinated by the glittering Christmas tree and loiter around it all the time. Make sure you buy a small or medium sized Christmas-tree and check for sharp edges. Also, make sure it can't topple over.
Christmas decorations: Kids tend to swallow shiny small objects. Keep your kids away from such decorative items. Or hang them higher up where they can't reach it.
Candles: Do not keep your tree close to burning candles and also keep the candles out of the reach of kids.
