Tea

Tea: After coffee, tea might be on your go-to beverage to kick start your day. Although green tea and white tea are known to be low in tannins (when consumed in excess, tannins stain the teeth), herbal tea was found to erode teeth enamel. So choose your morning cuppa wisely!

Wine

Wine: You might know that red wine makes your teeth sticky and stains them. This doesn't mean you change to white wine, as even that has high acid content, which in turn allows staining from other foods and drinks.

Green Vegetable Juice

Drink a glass of vegetable juice every day- Add a rainbow of vegetables to it- Tomato, Kherson, Mint, Carrot, Coriander, Ghia, Spinach, Beetroot, Ginger and others. The juice will be rich in antioxidants. It makes the system alkaline and gives a dewy complexion. The greener the juice the better it is because green Juice is rich in chlorophyll, a component that helps increase the hemoglobin too.
