Neck Stretch

Keep your shoulder relax, while doing this stretch. Gently pull your head from one side to the same side of the shoulder. Hold it for 10 seconds and repeat the same on the otherside. This activity reduces stress in the shoulder and neck area.

Keep your feet wide apart and clasp your hand over your head. Now stretch from one side to the other side to release tension and increase flexibility in the arm. Repeat this process for 8-10 times on both sides.
