Is your breakfast important? The answer is, yes. Is it the most important meal of the day? The answer to this is also, YES. The kind of food your eat in the morning decides how your energy and overall health is gonna be for the rest of the day. Eating the wrong foods may increase your blood sugar level, lead to an energy crash, make you feel sleepy or increase your blood pressure.

Sugary Cereal

Do not eat a lot of sugary foods in the morning unless your doctor has advised to do so. Sugar will help you feel energetic only for a short time after which you will feel very tired. Donuts Or Pastries

Foods such as donuts and pastries are high in sugar, refined fats, refined flour and artificial flavours. Although they are tasty, they do not contain any nutrients and is the last thing you should eat in the morning.

Pancake And Syrup

Pancakes are made out of refined flour, sugar and syrup. Al three ingredients are not suitable for breakfast. It is basically just carbs and sugar. If you have no other options, try to make it healthier by adding fruits, nuts and salad to go along with it.

Fatty Sandwich

Sandwiches that are greased with a lot of butter, cheese, mayo are not good for breakfast. It is loaded with carbohydrates, fatty oils and refined flour. It is better if you use multigrain break with lots of vegetables and no processed meat if you are making a sandwich.
