Women Require Special Nutrients After They Hit 40

Women go through multiple physical changes in their lifetime. It starts from adolescence and ends with menopause. All throughout these periods, they also experiecne changes and shifts in theri body's ability to function. For example, menopause alone brings about changes like bone health deterioration, appetite changes, mental health impacts, etc. This is one main reason why women should be extra careful with their diet after they hit 40.

Vegetables

Healthy Calories

When women hit 40, they are already at a high risk of nutritional deficiencies which could lead to diseases. Thus, cutting out calories completely is not the answer. Focus on foods which have good and healthy calorie content but no saturated and trans fats.

Protein

Fiber

Eating fibre will help you manage cholesterol and weight gain. But, cutting down foods is not the answer.
