What Causes Knee Pain?

Tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue present in the joints tend to expand and contract during high temperatures and there will be joint pain. Drink Enough Water

Dr Bhor said one must drink a lot of water, as it can detoxify the body, reduce inflammation, and maintain joint health. Make sure to stay adequately hydrated by drinking water and consuming hydrating foods like watermelon, cucumber, tomatoes, oranges, and spinach.

Regular physical activity strengthens muscles and joints, alleviating knee pain. Consult a doctor before starting any fitness routine, and avoid pushing yourself too hard to prevent worsening of knee discomfort.
