Avoid Strenuous Activities

Do not do any activity that might sarin your eyes. Doctors recommend to avoid any computer work, looking at your phone for long and strenuous exercises.

Avoid Sun Exposure

In case you are going outdoors, do not forget to wear your sunglasses or the protective glass that was recommended by your doctor.
