And especially, during the lockdown period when you can hardly step out, it gets even more crucial to schedule a time for exercises and eat proper diet. It may take a serious toll on your gut health and cause dyspepsia or indigestion, a condition which is generally a result of some problem with the action of the digestive juices or enzymes in the stomach which manifests in the form of gas, bloating, heartburn, vomiting or a heavy or sluggish feeling.
