Mastering Breathing techniques can be a helpful tool in pain management during early labour. Pre-yoga warming helps to loosen up the body, which helps immensely during pregnancy and delivery.

WHEN CAN ONE START YOGA DURING PREGNANCY:

Breathing exercises can be started in any trimester. Prenatal yoga can be started after completing the first trimester after checking with your obstetrician.
