Excessive sweating is undoubtedly an embarrassing problem. It is a condition known as hyperhidrosis. A human body has thousands of sweat creating glands, eccrine glands that generate sweat when the body temperature rises. The eccrine glad is stimulated by the nervous system to generate sweat. Also, the sweat glands can get stimulated by stress, anxiety, hormonal changes, or fear. Now, the amount of sweat completely depends upon various factors like age, genes, and fitness level. Luckily, there are some home remedies which can help you deal with sweat. Read on to know about them.
Apple cider vinegar: It has a drying and soothing effect. Moreover, being acidic in nature, apple cider vinegar helps kill any bacteria on the body. To use it right, dilute the vinegar with warm water and apply it on your armpits, hands, and feet. Leave it for around 20 minutes and then rinse with water.

Potatoes: Low-acidic compound present in potatoes can be effective in preventing excessive sweating. To use it right, rub a slice of potato on the affected area and then wash off with cold water.
Lemon: Containing citric acid, lemon can eliminate bacteria and help you stay away from excessive sweating.
