Keep Yourself Hydrated

Running through the hot weather is a challenge itself, and dehydration can make matters worse. Usually, people who start running, continue running without taking a water break in between. While this would not be a problem otherwise, it could be a huge problem during the hot weather. During the hot summer days, it is essential that you keep yourself hydrated by drinking enough water before, in between and after your workout session.
