Our post 30's can be a difficult time health-wise if we have spend our entire 20's being reckless, eating junk, not exercise, drinking and smoking. 30's is when it is high time you get serious about your health and it begins with your heart.

Exercise

Develop a habit of regular exercise. Our heart will remain healthy for the longest period of time if we invest some time in doing cardio. Regular cardio will also keep our body away from illnesses like hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol and simultaneously keep our heart healthy. Any form of workout can be good for example, running, cycling, playing a sport or swimming.

Routine Health Checkups

Our post 30s are a critical time for our overall health and that starts with our heart. It is imperative that we get regular heart tests and screenings and advises from our doctors to stay on top of our heart health. Quit Smoking

A person who smokes is twice as likely to suffer from heart related issues as compared to a person who does not smoke. So, in case you do have this habit, this is the right age to stop.
