Whole Wheat Momos

Ingredients

For the dough: ½ cup all purpose flour, ½ cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp ghee, ¼ tsp baking powder.

Ingredients For The Following

For the filling: 2tbsp ghee, 2-3 cloves garlic finely chopped,1 tsp ginger grated, 1 carrot grated, ½ cup bell peppers finely chopped(red yellow green), 1 onion finely chopped, ½ cup paneer (crumbled) and ½ cup cabbage finely chopped, Salt to taste, black pepper powder

For Momos

How to cook the Momos? 1. Take a small ball from the dough. 2. Roll it into a very thin chapati. 3. Put some filling in the chapati and shape it like s momo or use a momo mould to prepare momos. 4. Repeat for the rest of the dough. 5. Prepare a steamer and steam the momos for about 20 minutes. 6. Serve with dip of your choice
