Ingredients: ½ cup whole wheat, ½ cup rice flour salt to taste, a pinch of cumin seeds, few curry leaves and green chillies.

Method: Mix flour, salt, chillies, curry leaves, onion, ginger and cumin to water to make thin runny batter. If using curds, add it now. Rub tawa with small piece of onion and heat it.

To make more dosas, if the tawa is too hot sprinkle little water. When the water evaporates, you can make another dosa.
