Paneer Kiddy Corn Kebab- Kids love variety, don't they? But you can get too tired planning to make new dishes every day. This recipe by Pooja Udeshi, Sports Nutritionist, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute.

Ingredients- 200 gms American corn, 2 big onions, 1 cup of coriander leaves, 1 cup of bread crumbs, 2tbsp roasted besan,1 small piece of ginger, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 3-4 green chillies, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 50 gms paneer, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder, salt to taste and 2-3 tsp of oil.

Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder and salt.

For paneer- cut them in the shape round disc, grill them in ½ tsp oil with salt and pepper.
