Overdoing Your Routine

Only Doing High Impact Workouts

Only working on high impact workouts can hurt your joints. Always make sure that you mix your workout routine with both high impact and low impact workouts so that you can catch a breath.

Not Eating Well

Along with your exercise routine, make sure you are up to date on your diet as well. Ignoring your diet in your 30s is the worst thing you could do to your health.

Not Sleeping Well

Always prioritize sleep. Along with a good diet and a healthy workout routine, you should make sure that you get a solid 7 hour sleep everyday.
