Choosing a gym is a little more work for women. There are a lot of things that we need to keep in mind for example, are the other fellow gym goers decent or do they stare a lot, is the trainer trying to make us feel uncomfortable or are we feeling uncomfortable and conscious because of the environment at the gym. Try to tune your body and mind into the gym activities. For a person who has just joined the gym, it usually takes some time for their body to get used to that schedule. But, as you get used to it, also find out what kind of activity makes you feel the most comfortable and stick to them at first.
