Choose A Safe Space

Choosing a gym is a little more work for women. There are a lot of things that we need to keep in mind for example, are the other fellow gym goers decent or do they stare a lot, is the trainer trying to make us feel uncomfortable or are we feeling uncomfortable and conscious because of the environment at the gym. If you are too intimated at the gym, consider getting a trainer who will help you through it all. a trainer not only helps you get your techniques right but also motivates you and that will automatically help you feel less intimidated.

If you are already acquainted with all the workout rules, you could plan your own routine ahead. This will help you get through the entire routine smoothly without you feeling lost about what you are supposed to do next.
