Lemon And Coriander Soup

Lemon and coriander soup: You can easily skip the vegetable stock in this one. Just toss all your favourite veggies in a pot of water along with peppercorns, bay leaves and some cloves. Allow it to simmer and add the coriander leaves and stem along with lime juice towards the end. This makes for a wholesome dinner or evening snack experience.

Yellow Pumpkin Soup

Yellow pumpkin soup: But if you don’t enjoy eating pumpkin, here’s a soup recipe which has flavour and is also good for your digestive system. Put the yellow pumpkin in a pressure cooker along with onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, roasted cumin seeds and 2 cups water. Pressure cook for about 10 minutes.Take off the pressure and cool. Tomato And Cinnamon Soup

Tomato and cinnamon soup. This soup will not only make for a great appetiser, but it will also soothe your stomach. Chop tomatoes and onions and in a pan add water, garlic, walnuts, chopped vegetables and bring to boil. Grind and sieve. In the same water add pepper, cinnamon and boil before serving.
