Yoga To Get Shapely Buttocks

If you are looking to get shapely, toned and round buttocks, give yoga a try. So if your backside needs a little toning, try this yoga sequence recommended by yoga expert Pragya Bhatt.

Viparita-Virabhadrasana

Viparita virabhadrasana or reverse warrior stretches your hips, butt, groin area, and the inside of your thighs. Stay in this position for as long as you can and repeat on the other side.

Three-legged-downward-dog

Three legged downward facing is the perfect yoga pose to perk up your butt. Come into three-legged downward dog position after doing a few rounds of surya namaskar. Hold for five breaths while keeping your shoulders parallel to the floor.

Bhekasana

Bhekasana or frog pose can be an excellent pose if you want to shed pounds from your hips and buttocks. Take 5-6 slow deep breaths while you are in the pose.
