Ardha-matsyendrasana

Ardha Matsyendrasana: This is very good for liver diseases caused by fibrosis, apotheosis, inflammation and stress. How to perform this asana: Sit cross-legged on the floor by crossing your left foot over the right one. Raise knees above the surface. Move your right hand over your left leg and hold your left foot. Press your left leg gently against your abdomen, turning your head to the right side.

Gomukhasana

Gomukhasana: This asana is also known as the cow face pose and is very effective in the treatment of cirrhosis. It stimulates the liver and ensure better circulation of oxygen and blood through it. How to perform this asana: Squat on the floor with one leg crossed over the other. Allow your spine to stretch out. Place your hands on your back with one over your shoulder and the other over your rib area.
