Hunchback is simply a result of following a bad posture for months or even years. It happens when a person sits on a chair and desk for a really long time. It can also happen due to laptop and smartphone use.
This position is puts pressure on the neck and lower back along with straining the wrist and fingers.
In this, the curve of the spine is not maintained and hence, it ups the risk of back pain and also affects the curvature of the spine.
When you sit in a chair, make sure your back is supported against the chair and not as shown in the pic. This is because it not only strains your eyes but also puts you at risk of neck pain.
By placing a laptop on your lap without any support, you are unknowingly bending your neck and the back muscles, further increasing your risk of neck pain and back pain.
