Spanish Omlette With Nachos & Spicy Salsa
Spanish omlette with nachos & spicy salsa: Heat the frying pan. Fry onion, green pepper and garlic. Add a little pepper and salt. Set the vegetables aside. Put 1 tbsp diced potato on the pan, add 3 eggs and the vegetables on top just like adding pizza toppings. Season with a little pepper. Add tomato ketchup, Tabasco, parmesan cheese. Put the lid on. Keep it on the fire to let the cheese melt before flipping it over. Serve it on a plate. Top this with nachos and garnish with pica de galo, guacamole & sour cream on top.
