Do Weight Training

Do weight training: It will help build your muscle which will help boost your metabolic rate and increase your fat burning potential. Try performing weight training exercises first thing in the morning so that your metabolism is high for the rest of the day. If you are a beginner, take assistance from a trainer.

Perform Aerobic Activities

Perform aerobic activities: Aerobic exercises like walking, running, swimming and cycling can help boost your metabolism. Perform any one of these activities for at least 45 minutes every day. Eat At Frequent Intervals

Eat at frequent intervals: Not supplying your body with food for 3 hours or more can slow down your metabolism. Space out your meals at an interval of 3 hours. Eat smaller meals frequently instead of eating a huge meal once or twice. Have healthy snacks in between.

Consume A Lot Of Water

Drink a lot of water: Water not only keeps you hydrated but it also prevents your body from slowing down. Drink a glass of water as soon as you get up in the morning and make it a point to drink at least eight glasses of water during the day. Fruit juices, smoothies and coconut water also count.
