Warm Up

Warm-up exercises are like bulletproof jackets for your body during a workout. While it may sound boring and time consuming, especially if you have little time in hand, warm up routines reduce the risk of injuries and flex your muscles to make exercising easier.

Shoulder Stretches

Arm shoulder stretches: Place both your arms over your shoulders. Hold your left elbow with the right hand and pull and repeat this with the other hand. Lean a little backwards while doing so. This exercise helps you stretch your oblique or back muscles, triceps and shoulders which will prevent back or neck pain during the workout.
