Wall

Wall: To perform wall lunges, stand with your back 4 feet away from a wall. Bend your left knee slightly, and extend your left leg behind you pressing the ball of your foot against the wall. Tighten your core and slowly bend your left knee to about 90 degrees. Press with your left heel to lift back up. Continue lunging for 30 seconds, switch sides and do it again.  Also Read - 'They can kill you silently': Expert warns how thalassemia and ovarian cancer can go unnoticed for years - symptoms women should never ignore
