Cabbage

Cabbage: This vegetable has zero cholesterol and dietary fibre that helps to keep your heart healthy and its amino acid glutamine has anti-inflammatory properties that reduces inflammation and keeps your vital organs healthy. Sulforaphane, a photonutrient present in cabbages is responsible in preventing cancer by diminishing the effects of carcinogen attack on the body.

Broccoli

Broccoli: They are a store house of dietary fibre, essential vitamins like A, C and K and minerals like zinc, iron, and phosphorus. It also has chemo-protective properties and hence is effective for healing for cancer patients.
