Tomato juice: According to a report published in the journal Nutrition, drinking half-a-pint of tomato juice for eight weeks can help lose inches from the waist. Also, in a recent 2015 study scientists at the China Medical University in Taiwan asked 25 healthy women, aged 20 to 30, to drink a glass of tomato juice every day. After two months, they found an average decline in waist measurements of two-thirds of an inch.
Beetroot juice: Beetroot is low in calories and rich in Vitamin C, folate, magnesium, iron, copper and potassium. A study done in 2001 by the Usana Health Studies showed that beetroot juice improves your oxygen levels up to 16 percent, which means you'll feel less tired and will be able to exercise longer.
Karela juice: In Ayurvedic treatments, karela is used to treat diabetes and hypertension. It is believed karela can reduce blood sugar levels and improve insulin production. This means the body does not have excess sugar which helps keep your weight in check.
