Watermelon Icecream

Watermelon ice cream: In a bowl, add 2 cups of watermelon puree, 1 cup of milk cream, 1 cup of milk, ¾ cup of sugar and stir properly to make a thick paste. Now, add the mixture in an airtight container and freeze it overnight.

Watermelon Slush

Watermelon Tea

Watermelon iced tea: Soak 4 bags of green tea in hot water for around 10 minutes. Strain the tea and refrigerate it for 2 hours. Now, blend 11/4 cup of chopped watermelon slices. Add 2 tbsp of honey to watermelon juice. Add this juice to green tea and refrigerate for an hour. Serve chilled.

Watermelon Salad

Watermelon and tomato salad: Heat olive oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chopped ginger, onions, black pepper powder, lemon juice. Add this mixture to watermelon slices, add mint leaves and tomato slices. Mix and keep it in the fridge to chill. Use cucumber and radish slices for garnishing.
