Seated straddle: The seated straddle is an excellent stretch to target your hamstrings and lower back. Performing this stretch will not only relieve cramps on the lower back but will also make sure that you don’t suffer from any hamstring injury the next time you workout.
Tipover tuck: The tipover tuck will release tension from your lower back, chest, and hips while giving the much-needed attention to your shoulders and your arms.
