Meditate

Meditation: Meditating first thing in the morning will help you set your intentions for the day right and connect your min and body. This helps to reset your central nervous system. Ditch the smartphone: Rather than checking your phone the first thing in the morning, use the morning window to prioritize your time and focus on yourself.

Have your breakfast: Overnight your body fasts which normalizes your blood sugar levels and your metabolism restarts itself. This is why a healthy breakfast is important to fuel your body the energy it needs to start and get through the day.
