Yoga Poses To Keep You Relaxed

When you need a breather on a stressful day, take some time out and perform these asanas. These beginner-friendly poses will rejuvenate you, release tension and relax your muscles. Perform each stretch to best of your abilities and don't worry if you are not able to bend or reach all the way.

Hastapadotasana

Hastapadotasana or standing forward bend stretches your entire body. It is a great pose to stimulate your digestive organs and improve digestion.

Shashankasana

Shashankasana or the hare pose is very restorative and calming in nature. It is a great posture to stretch your thighs, hamstrings, hips and back.

Paschimottanasana or two legged forward bend calms the brain and relieves stress and headache.
