Just because you have smoothies for breakfast does not mean that you will stay satiated till lunch. If you are eating flavoured cereals and fruits, your breakfast gets converted into sugar and then gets quickly digested, and so you end up feeling hungry. Nutritionist Neha Rakheja tells you the breakfast mistakes you are making.

You eat toast with jam: The bread jam may be a convenient breakfast, especially when you have to rush to the office but it is not keeping you full. Opt for multigrain bread to add some filling fibre to your plate and swap the sugary jam with peanut butter. A few sliced berries will do the trick to keep you feel apart from adding flavour to your plate.
