Your body type is pear-shaped: If you have a pear-shaped body, you will tend to pack a lot of weight on your hips rather than your upper body. You Sit All Day

You sit all day: Subcutaneous fat accumulates slowly over time on your buttocks when you sit all day at your desk and have very little mobility throughout the day. So move around and go for a walk whenever you can.


You Consume A Lot Of Sugary Foods

You consume a lot of sugary foods: Indulging in high sugar foods such as cakes and candies can lead to accumulation of fat in your belly, hips, thighs and buttocks. This happens largely because of the fructose content in these foods.
