I Started Doing HIIT Workouts

I started doing HIIT workouts: ‘After staying in the hostel for over three years, I packed a lot of pounds. It got to a point where I could not recognise myself anymore. I started going for walks and was mindful of my diet. However, without seeing any visible results, I gave HIIT a shot, and it worked. I Started Participating In Fitness Competitions

I got into marathon competitions: ‘After two children I wanted to lose weight from my hips and my waist. A friend introduced me to the world of fitness competitions, and I began training for the marathons. I gave up soda, ate 5-6 meals a day and trained five days a week. In 3 months, my transformation revealed abs I never saw before’, says Panchali, 36.

I Hula Hooped

I hula-hooped: ‘To get back in shape I hula-hooped for 30 minutes straight four days a week. I enjoy hula hooping and even do it while watching television. I lost around 5kg over the course of three months. My abs looked not only lean but much more defined’, says Maya, 31.

I Stopped Drinking Alcohol

I stopped drinking alcohol: ‘In my first year of college, I developed some bad habits which eventually showed on my belly. Downing the sugary alcohol and junk food I noticed that I gained a lot on my stomach. When I went for a family vacation, I resorted to healthy habits like getting early in the morning and going for jogs, eating healthy and completely avoided alcohol.
