Sauces And Dressings

Use low fat dressing and sauces: You can do without adding an extra spoon of butter or ghee to the food that you eat daily. Try to avoid cheese in sandwiches or pasta and ghee or butter on the chapatti. Portion control: One of the best ways to keep calories in check is portion control. Put lesser quantity of food in your plate. Don’t eat directly from the container. Use a measured bowl/spoon for serving and eat slowly. This will also help you avoid overeating.
