But according to a study in the National Institute of Health (NIH), USA, moderate drinking is beneficial and could even increase your life span. According to the study, drinking small amounts of wine throughout the week helps reduce the risk of death by 25 per cent. A study led by the researchers at Stevens Institute of Technology found how the scent of coffee positively impacts cognitive performance.For the study, the researchers divided students into two groups: one group took the test in the presence of an ambient coffee-like scent, while a control group took the same test - but in an unscented room.
