The easiest way is to feed mango pulp to your child. Mangoes are safe to feed a baby older than 9 months, but just like introducing any new food, feed the fruit and watch out for any allergic reactions.
If you follow baby led weaning, then you can give mango pieces to your child too. Make sure that you cut the pieces very small to avoid choking.
For older babies who eat more of solid, textured food, you can serve mango cubes with some rice and a chicken fillet.
A favourite during summer is a cool glass of mango smoothies. This is one healthy smoothie your child will not say no to.
A sure-shot way of getting your child interested in mangoes is making some mango popsicles. Take some mango puree and freeze in a popsicle mould. A few hours of patience later you will have yummy popsicles ready!
