Energy drinks: If are drinking those energy drinks to boost your energy, the chances are that you are doing it by flooding your body with caffeine. A 20oz energy drink bottle contains as much as 45-50mg caffeine.

Protein bars: Yes, any chocolate flavour protein bar will contain caffeine, but the quantity could be a little more than what you would expect in one small bar. The tricky part is you might not be able to find if your pack contains caffeine as most manufacturers don’t list it.
