Vanilla-ice-cream-11 Hindi

Use frozen banana instead of dairy to make ice cream – Chop bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours. Then whiz them in a blender till you get a creamy consistency. You can then add different flavours to it –chocolate, strawberries, coffee etc. Transfer it to an airtight container and freeze it until it becomes solid. Since bananas are already sweet, there's no need to add additional sugar! You also don’t need an ice cream maker for this recipe. The taste is surprisingly very close to the real thing!

Pancake

Use bananas instead of maida to make pancakes - Bananas come to our rescue again in this really easy and healthy pancake recipe. Just mash two bananas, add vanilla, baking powder, salt to it. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs. Add them to the banana mixture. You could add chopped fruits, chocolate chips, honey to flavour these pancakes. Chocolate-cake Hindi

Use almond or quinoa flour instead of refined flour to makes cakes-- If you’re using 2 cups of refined flour, replace one cup with any of these flours. Maida gives cakes a smooth, soft texture whereas these flours are likely to give a little grainy texture.
