Trampoline Training

Trampoline training – Sure, trampolines are fun. But workouts on trampoline? That’s some real hardcore training. Exercises like burpees, jumping jacks or skipping on a trampoline require more strength and intensity. That’s because you need to balance your body and challenge your core. Bungee workout – We know about bungee jumping. For bungee workouts, a harness is tied to your waist and attached to a bungee cord hooked in the ceiling. You can then do workouts while your body is suspended in the air. These exercises are usually a combination of strength, cardio and flexibility. Aqua Spinning

Aqua spinning – What happens when you combine cycling and swimming? You get aqua spinning! In this, you need to cycle on bicycles submerged 3-4 feet under water. The resistance of the water makes you exert more pressure and energy making it a more intense exercise. This is also good for those with joint pains.

Aerial yoga – Imagine hanging from a hammock like support and then doing yoga. That’s what happens in an aerial yoga class. For those who aren’t able to do challenging yoga asanas like handstand and back flips, aerial yoga is great. Pound Workout

Pound – Ever seen a drummer at a music concert? This workout uses drum sticks for working out. This is a full body cardio workout which is a combination of Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics using light weight drumsticks called ripstix and requires you to mimick the drumming movement. This helps to sculpt muscle and burn fat. There is no actual drum set, of course.
