Raw Fruits

Raw fruits: A fruit plate looks appealing on a hot summer afternoon. Imagine melons, mangoes, oranges, grapes and more. Want to grab a plate right away? Wait, if your plate has been in the open for too long, chuck it. During summer, the heat helps the bacteria to dwell in the moist surfaces of your fruits and rob off its nutrients.
