Avoid Fruit Juices After Workout-THS

Fruit drinks – Sodas are a big no and so are fruit based drinks. Consuming sugary drinks like canned fruit juices, fresh shakes or soda will slow down your metabolism post workout. If you need to replace electrolytes post workout, eat and banana and drink plain water.

Milk chocolates – A bar of Snickers or any other chocolate gives you the perfect burst of energy required after a workout. But this pleasure is damaging your workout goals because of its high sugar and calories. A small piece of dark chocolate is a better option.
