Avoid direct exposure to the sun: As direct exposure might lead to a severe headache and trigger migraine, always cover your head when out, especially if you have a field job. Also, use an umbrella before stepping out to avoid direct exposure and cover your eyes with sunglasses.

Follow your diet schedule: Believe it or not, most people do not feel hungry during summers and hence, try to skip breakfast and meals. However, what you do not know is that delayed or irregular meals are a surefire way to trigger a migraine. So stick to your schedule without fail.
