Chair Squats

Squats: Exercises like squats while holding the sides of the chair will help strengthen the entire lower body and core to help you pick things up from the floor, take stairs and get off the chair with ease in your old age.

Pelvic Tilt

Pelvic tilt: It will help stretch and strengthen the muscles of your lower back. Doing more number of repetitions can boost your metabolism and strengthen your bones.
