Vegan desserts: Vegan desserts can be even worse than their egg and butter containing counterparts. That is because bakers add starch, gums and pectins in vegan desserts, so they end up containing more simple carbohydrates and calories than vegan desserts.

Coconut Yoghurt

Coconut yoghurt: Coconut yoghurt may not be a healthy alternative to dairy yoghurt. A single serving of coconut yoghurt contains a lot of saturated fat with just 1 gram of protein. Most of them found in the stores also contain tons of added sugar.
