Cherry Compote Daliya Phirni: For the daliya, roast 150g of daliya in a pan. Once roasted, add 400ml milk and 60g jaggery. Cook till it slightly thickens. Add cardamom powder to taste. For the cherry compote, mix 10 seedless cherries, 15g and 3 tbsp water and cook till it thickens. Place the daliya in a jar and top it with cherry compote.
Dates and Pistachio Cardamom Balls: Chop 100g dates and 50g pistachio into small pieces. Add 1tbsp cardamom powder and then add 1 tbsp rose water to bind it. Make small balls and garnish it with pistachio.
Sitafal Quinoa Basundi: Heat 2tbsp white quinoa in a pan and add 300ml skimmed milk and 1 tbsp sugar. Cook well. Add 50g custard apple pulp and serve.
