Cherry Compote Daliya Phirni

Cherry Compote Daliya Phirni: For the daliya, roast 150g of daliya in a pan. Once roasted, add 400ml milk and 60g jaggery. Cook till it slightly thickens. Add cardamom powder to taste. For the cherry compote, mix 10 seedless cherries, 15g and 3 tbsp water and cook till it thickens. Dates And Pistachio Cardamom Balls:

Dates and Pistachio Cardamom Balls: Chop 100g dates and 50g pistachio into small pieces. Add 1tbsp cardamom powder and then add 1 tbsp rose water to bind it. Make small balls and garnish it with pistachio.
