Do not eat sweets on empty stomach. Most kids might end up eating sweets first thing in the morning, which will only add up to stomach woes.
Do not eat sweets after meals as it adds to your overall sugar intake. Moreover, in the long run, it increases your risk of obesity and other related health conditions.
Do not have sweets just before hitting the bed. It will not only up to your caloric intake but also increase your blood glucose level at night.
Make sure you do not store sweets in a refrigerator for more than a day. Sweets made from milk must be consumed on the day itself or it can lead to stomach complications.
