Oats Dosa

Oats dosa: Just make a few tweaks in your usual dosa batter. To ½ cup rawa, add 1 cup of roasted oats powder or flour. Add yoghurt and let it sit for 15 minutes. Now season with salt and add 1 tsp baking soda. Add water to adjust consistency. Oats Idli

Oats idli: The idli batter will be the same as the dosa batter. You could add urad dal or other dals to make the idlis even more nutritious. Pour the batter in ildi moulds and cook in a pressure cooker.

Oats Upma

Oats upma: In a pan, heat some oil, add mustard seeds, turmeric and sauté some onion, ginger and green chillies. To this, add a cup of mixed vegetables like peas and carrots with some water. Add a cup of oats, season with salt and other spices and cook till the oats are soft.
